Foundation is reinforced to the height of 1.2 meter with armatures
of 25mm in diameter.
The concrete used was grade 350 with slump value of 8.
1500m3 of concrete was used for foundation while laboratory
inspectores tested the quality and were present at all stages of formwork.
Specifications of Structure :
Steel structure - The columns are plate girders and main beams
are plates fabricated off site in Eskelete e Sabz plant and were
delivered to the site for construction.
The conections are rigid frames and were pre fabricated by skilled welders and were tested by laboratory experts.
Walls :
The exterior walls are made of AAC concrete (light weight concrete ) covered by emulsion coating for greater resistance against humidity. The interior walls are constructed of 15mm Knauf panels and 12.5mm water proof Knauf panels in the toilets and around ductworks. Rock wools was used inside the Knauf walls for insulation and the suspended ceiling wich also constructed with a Knauf ceilling products.
Doors and windows :
The entrance and interior doors are made of wood and the windows are double glazed anodised aluminum units compromising lift and slide lace and double glazed tempered glass
Specifications of Facade :
A mixture of ceramics and ash thermo outdoor woods provides
consistency with modern perspective on nature.
