Executive Director (Project Manager): Farid Mousavi, Eng

Mr Mousavi, Eng, construction project manager is responsible for setting up the estimates, the budgets and the construction timetable for the Rose Group and to develop the construction strategy. He selects the subcontractors and workers, and provides required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project, coordinating and collaborating with the architects, engineers and specialists. Mr Mousavi, Eng also ensures the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements. When delays or problems occur – as they always do – Mr Mousavi, Eng, is the project’s first responder, ready to make the changes required to move the project past the issue.

Mr Mousavi, Eng, has practiced construction project management over two decades throughout the Iran in Tehran and Isfahan. He studied engineering at the Isfahan University of Technology.

Architect and Urban Developer: Hossein Rahemi Nejad

Besides contributing as a design collaborator, Rahemi Nejad’ role is to provide leadership as a Architect. He is the principal in charge through the technical phases of the work and the construction of each project, ensuring that the design concepts are integrated through the entirety of the process.

Rahemi Nejad worked with Rose Groupe from 2009, becoming a Senior architect in Rose Group Residential development.
